Oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. Handles tenant relations, lease management, and rent collection.
Manages maintenance and repairs, ensuring the property is well-maintained. Implements property policies and ensures compliance with regulations. Monitors and ensures compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
Keeps the team updated on changes in property-related regulations. Implements policies to address compliance issues.
Aisline Hernandez
Leasing Agent & Marketing Specialist
Responsible for marketing and leasing vacant properties. Screens prospective tenants and conducts property tours.
Handles lease negotiations and ensures lease agreements are signed. Develops and implements marketing strategies for property promotion. Manages online listings, advertising, and social media presence.
Collaborates with leasing agents to attract potential tenants.

Alejandra Galindo
Assistant Property manager
Plays a vital role in supporting the leasing, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth management of our properties.
This position handles tenant communication, coordinates property showings, processes applications, and prepares lease agreements. It also involves organizing move-ins and move-outs, managing utility setups, addressing maintenance follow-ups, and assisting with administrative tasks. With a focus on efficiency and tenant satisfaction, the Assistant Property Manager helps maintain seamless day-to-day operations across all departments.

Oswaldo Diana
Residential Field Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing the condition of rental properties and ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. Supervises the Maintenance Coordinator and manages relationships with vendors to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and turnovers.
Conducts property inspections, ensures vacant units are move-in ready, and supports legal compliance by delivering notices when needed. Focused on maintaining efficient operations and high service standards for tenants and property owners.
Grace Galindo Mejia
Maintenance Coordinator
Coordinates and schedules maintenance and repair activities. Communicates with contractors and vendors for necessary services.
Ensures timely resolution of maintenance issues reported by tenants..

Accountant/Bookkeeper
Manages financial transactions, including rent collection and payments. Prepares financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
